The request for proposals is carried out as a request for end-to-end discount rates as a percentage of the basic price list (BPL). Instructions for filling the TCP are placed on 2 sheet of TCP (Excel file). Before the end of reception of offers it will be possible to amend the sentence submitted earlier with minimum step 0.1. The filed coefficient must be a whole number with ten shares, multiples of 0.1. Coefficients other than those specified will not participate in the review and the relevant applications will be rejected.
