Payment terms:

Delivery terms:
The price includes delivery to the Buyer's warehouse. (in this case, specify the delivery method).
Mandatory availability of a quality passport or other document certifying the quality of the goods when they arrive at the warehouse. The delivered product must be new, not used, not restored. The product must be marked. When shipping the goods, the Buyer must be notified with the provision of copies of: invoices, TORG-12 and documents confirming the shipment of goods through the Carrier.

5. Provision of a full package of documents specified in the conditions for the procedure.
