Delivery terms:Delivery to the Buyer's warehouse, at the expense of the supplier. Delivery time: within 10-45 calendar days from the date of bilateral signing of the Agreement / specification.

Comments:
- The ongoing request for proposals procedure is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason and not to conclude an agreement or terminate the request for commercial proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to the suppliers.
- Replacement of the declared product with a similar one should not lead to a deterioration in the technical and operational characteristics of the proposed product.
- The products offered must be certified and must be supplied with all required documentation.
- The delivery basis is the consignee's warehouse.
- Transfer of ownership - consignee's warehouse.
- Shipping costs are not included in the price of products and are billed separately for the entire shipment.
- Tenderers who have not attached a Commercial offer on the company's letterhead to the documents are not accepted for consideration
