Comments:
1. This notice is not a notification of a request for proposals and does not have appropriate legal implications. The Customer has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the open request for offers at any time without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the participant who has offered collectively the best feasibility conditions in accordance with this notice.

3. The agreement on the result of the request for offer, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the signing of the protocol to determine the winner of the request for proposals.

4. After trading in the B2B-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the last price electronically via e-mail: M.O.Prytkova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) ) working day from the end of submitting offers.
