Payment terms:Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Non-cash - Payment order.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on the basis of the specification by the Supplier's transport. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Delivery date: February 2023.

Comments:
1. This notice is not a Bid Notice on the conduct of a request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected by the Bidder who has proposed in aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification.

3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, if the winner is determined, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol to determine the winner of the request for proposals.

4. After the end of the competitive bidding process in the b2b-Mechel System, Bidders submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form by e-mail: M.O.Prytkova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of proposals.
