The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without thereby incurring any liability to the suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be selected the participant who proposed in the aggregate the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.

3. The agreement on the results of the request for proposals, in case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the moment of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for proposals.

4. After the end of trading in the b2b System, participants submit an offer with the last price in electronic form to e-mail: MOPrytkova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) business day from the moment the end of the submission of proposals.
