Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices drawn up in accordance with the Tax Code. Payment form: Cashless payment - Payment order.
Delivery terms:
The total amount of refractory products may be adjusted in connection with the adjustment of steel production. Delivery is carried out in monthly installments by the Supplier’s transport on the basis of a monthly specification. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Delivery time: within 10 (ten) calendar days upon signing the specification.
Comments: 1. This notice is not a notice of the request for proposals and has no corresponding legal consequences. The customer has the right to refuse all proposals received for any reason or to terminate the open request for proposals procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed together the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notice.
3. The contract on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol for determining the winner of the request for proposals.
4. After the end of trading in the b2b-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form by e-mail: MOPrytkova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) business day from the date of submission of proposals.
