Payment terms:Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Non-cash - Payment order.
Delivery terms:The total number of refractory products may be adjusted in connection with the adjustment of steel production volumes. Delivery is carried out on the basis of the specification in batches after the written request of the Buyer by the Supplier's transport. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Delivery time: within 10 calendar days from the date of submission of the application for shipment according to the signed specification..

Comments:
1. This notice is not a notice of a request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of an open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.

2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification.

3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol on determining the winner of the request for proposals.

4. After the end of the bidding in the b2b-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form to e-mail: M.O.Prytkova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of proposals.
