Payment terms:
Payment for the cost of a batch of products is made within 60 days after the Buyer receives invoices issued in accordance with the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. Payment type: Non-cash - Payment order.
Delivery terms:
The need for refractory products is calculated for six months, delivery is carried out in batches after a written request from the buyer based on the specification by the Supplier's transport. Shipping costs are included in the cost of the batch of products. Delivery time: within 10 working days after the buyer's written request.
Comments: 1. This notice is not a notice of a request for proposals and has no relevant legal consequences. The Customer has the right to refuse all received offers for any reason or to terminate the procedure of an open request for proposals at any time, without incurring any liability to suppliers.
2. The winner of the request for proposals will be the participant who has proposed the best technical and economic conditions in accordance with this notification.
3. The contract based on the results of the request for proposals, in the case of determining the winner, will be concluded within 30 (thirty) days from the date of signing the protocol on determining the winner of the request for proposals.
4. After the end of the bidding in the b2b-Mechel System, participants submit an offer with the latest price in electronic form to e-mail: M.O.Prytkova@gmz.kuzbass.net or by fax (384-63) 5-03-94 within 1 (one) business day from the end of the submission of proposals.

АО "Огнеупоринвест" позиции № 1-11 общей стоимостью 62 771 200, 00 руб. (без НДС) на условиях поставки партиями после письменной заявки покупателя, ж/д транспортом/автотранспортом до склада Покупателя за счет Поставщика, условия оплаты - в течение 60 календарных дней с даты поступления товара на склад Покупателя, срок поставки в течение 35 дней. Действующий поставщик, договорные отношения не были нарушены, притензий по качеству нет.
ООО "Термо Корунд" позиция № 10 приобрести пробную партию в количестве 1 тн. для проведения испытаний общей стоимостью 87 000,00 руб. (без НДС), на условиях поставки-самовывоз, условия оплаты - 100 % предоплата, срок поставки в течение 14 календарных дней.
ООО ТПК "Проминвест" позиции № 11 приобрести пробную партию в количестве 1 тн. для проведения испытаний, общей стоимостью 22 500,00 руб. (без НДС), на условиях поставки до склада покупателя за счет поставщика, условия оплаты - в течение 60 календарных дней от даты поступления товара на склад покупателя, срок поставки в течение 36 календарных дней. Договорных отношений с данным поставщиком не было, продукция ранее не приобреталась.
