Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Deferment of payment not less than 45 calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods to the Consignee's warehouse.
Delivery terms:Delivery time - Q3 2021 Transportation costs for the delivery of goods to the Buyer's warehouse in the city. Yaroslavl, st. Sovetskaya, d. 81 - carries the Supplier.

Comments:
1) The participant must be a user registered in the Trade Procurement System "B2V-Cordiant" on the website http://www.b2b-cordiant.ru in accordance with the established procedure and has the rights of the Participant Systems.
2) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and all discounts offered by the supplier.
3) This procedure is not a contest or public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447-449 and 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The buyer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications without imposition of liability.
4) If the supplier takes part in the bidding, then he agrees to conclude a contract for delivery according to the standard form of JSC "Cordiant" without minutes of disagreement and to carry out delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
5) Be sure to attach a commercial offer indicating: delivery terms, payment terms, warranty period and manufacturer.
6) Production is necessary according to the drawings of the customer. Drawings are attached to the notification.
