Auto-extension

This request is not a notice of tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not subject to Articles 447 - 449, Part I, and Articles 1057 - 1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding volume of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without incurring any liability to Participants: The supplier is obliged to perform the delivery on its own. Attracting third parties is allowed only with the prior written permission of the Customer.
By submitting an offer, the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
If there is no tax reporting or does not allow you to verify the Supplier’s good faith with a reasonable degree of confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming that the Supplier can independently perform the services, including but not limited to: an extract from the staff list with attachment of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged to perform work, information on ownership or leasehold rights: office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment / tools / mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer.
