Окончательный расчет за полную поставку продукции за вычетом перечисленного аванса пропорционально стоимости поставленной Продукции производится Покупателем в 10-дневный срок со дня подписания Покупателем товарной накладной по форме ТОРГ-12 на полученную Продукцию на основании счета, оригинала счета-фактуры Поставщика.
