Payment terms:Payment by the Customer shall be made within 90 days from the moment the Customer receives the spare parts from the Contractor and issues the invoice by the Contractor. The term of order execution is 45 calendar days from the date of receipt of the workpiece. Penalties for non-fulfillment of contractual obligations regarding the delivery time of finished products are calculated in the following order: 1% of the amount of the undelivered service per day, starting from 1 day of delay.
Delivery terms:Removal of spare parts from the Contractor's warehouse after machining and delivery of the workpiece is carried out by the Customer on his own and at his own expense (within the Ural region).
