Payment terms:Advance payment - not more than 50%, final payment - 50% after delivery and signing of the act of work performed within 5 working days
Delivery terms:20 business days from the date of advance payment, Penalties: 1% for each day of delay, but not more than 35% of the contract value. The warranty period for equipment and installation works is 5 years with correct operation.

CONTENT OF OFFERS AND TIME FOR SUBMISSION OF OFFERS
1. A detailed calculation or estimate indicating the work, materials (technical specifications) of the cost with VAT (20%);
2. Reference list for completed facilities over the past year with the names of customers, the value of the contract;
3. The balance sheet for the last reporting period (2018), tax return for the last reporting period.
