This RFP procedure does not constitute an offer, an invitation to make offers, acceptance of offer or an invitation to participate in the bidding, and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer shall not also bear an indemnity obligation to the Participants or the third parties for any losses related to their participation in this RFP procedure. By participating in this RFP, a Participant confirms being informed on these terms and acceptance of those.
