Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Upon delivery. The price of goods is set per unit of production, including delivery, including VAT. Payment for the goods is carried out by the buyer within 10 (ten) business days from the date of delivery of the goods
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out by the Supplier. Unloading at the facility will be carried out by the Customer.

Comments:
The offer must be signed and stamped! The form to fill out in accordance with Appendix No. 2.
Delivery of goods occurs in accordance with the agreed delivery schedule. A commercial proposal must comply with the technical specifications and contain the following information:
1. Manufacturer / Reseller
2. Delivery time (calendar days)
3. Warranty period / expiration date (at goods and materials, work, services, etc.)
4. Cost with VAT (20%) per unit (must be indicated in Russian rubles)
5. Payment terms (fact / prepayment - advance payment secured);
6. The proposal must be signed by an authorized person.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPANTS OF THE TRADING PROCEDURE:
1) Providing ext. documentation according to the list of necessary documents for participation in the tender.
2) Providing a Schedule of delivery and installation.
3) Participation in the tender means consent to work under a standard contract of LLC Tambovstroy
