Comments: The procedure is two-stage:
stage 1 (procedure No. 1) - qualification selection,
Stage 2 (procedure No. 2) – request for commercial proposals.
Please note: For the correct automatic loading of the tender Bidder's documentation into the electronic document management system of the tender organizer, it is necessary to fill in and download:
1. bid for participation in the tender (the name of the document on the model "LLC Romashka bid Stainless Steel. metal school K.48 (49) sq.21 SD"),
2. qualification questionnaire with applications in the form of LLC "Glavstroy-SPb specialized developer" (download on the website www.glavstroi-spb.ru/tenders , it is advisable to duplicate the download of the archive (questionnaire with applications) on B2B, the name of the document according to the model "LLC "Camomile questionnaire ID 13465")
3. an up-to-date extract from the register of SRO members (the name of the document on the model "LLC Romashka extract of SRO dated 08/15/2023").
In the qualification questionnaire (item 2) it should be noted ("yes") ALL works of interest to the Bidder. Work experience must be confirmed throughout the list of jobs.
Uploaded documents must be signed by the manager and certified with the seal of the organization.
The Bidder must confirm his readiness to conclude a contract in accordance with the form approved by Glavstroy-SPb Specialized Developer LLC, including,
1) Willingness to open a current account with Gazprombank JSC to make 100% payments under the agreement through it;
2) Targeted use of funds received as advances under the Contract,
3) Readiness to ensure inclusion in the subcontracting agreements and all other agreements that will be concluded by us for the execution of the contract on the subject of this tender with third parties, the obligations of such persons to open a current account (Separate account) with Gazprombank Bank (JSC);
4) Willingness to make settlements under these agreements exclusively through such accounts, except in cases established by Gazprombank (JSC).
Bidders selected in this procedure will be invited to participate in the 2nd stage (Procedure No. 2, announced on the basis of Procedure No. 1).
This preliminary qualification selection is not a Bid Notice about the Competitive Bidding Process and is not a public offer, the Organizer does not bear any obligations to the suppliers who participated in the request, including obligations to conclude any contracts with the persons who sent their proposals.
This preliminary qualification selection is not a competitive bidding process or a public tender within the meaning of Articles 447-449, 1057-1061 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer.
The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the procedure at any stage, without incurring any material liability to the Bidders.
The Organizer reserves the right to extend and/or change the date of consideration of Bidders' proposals and summing up the results of the preliminary qualification selection.
