Delivery terms:The works should be carried out on the site of the customer located on the territory of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky District, "Nezhjaninsky" site, sewage treatment facilities of domestic waste water.
Georeferencing:(Rep. Sakha/Yakutia/, Tomponsky ulus, section "Nezhdaninsky" (577th km of the Federal highway "Kolyma" plus 100 km to the Section "Nezhdaninsky"))
Comments:
Joint stock Company "south-Verkhoyan mining companies" invites you to take part in the procurement procedure for the choice of contractor for the execution of construction and installation works of the object "treatment facilities for domestic Wastewater treatment ", including:
1. Installation and assembly of the building of the "Alfa-7" treatment facility;
2. Manufacture and installation of metal structures (warehouse of dehydrated sludge) of the treatment facility "Alfa-7".

Place of rendering services:
Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), Tomponsky District, "Nezhjaninsky", sewage treatment facilities of domestic sewage.
Terms of work:
- Start: 01.04.2019;
- End: 14.06.2019 G.
The employee's food, lodging and services, as well as all other expenses related to the mobilization/demobilization of personnel, delivery of the tmsc and equipment shall be reimbursed by the customer on the basis of actual and documented The contractor's confirmed expenses.
The mobilization and demobilization of the executor's specialists, as well as the necessary equipment and tmsc to the place of work and back is carried out in full by the forces and at the expense of the executor.
In case of necessity of renting the equipment (machines) of the customer, the executor in the offer should specify the number of hours of operation of each unit of equipment, determine the cost of this lease according to the indicated value rates in Appendix № 6 to Specification and take this cost into account in single rates.
Special requirements for the fulfillment of the requested works, the responsibility of the Parties, the necessary list of permitting documentation and other additional information are given in the technical specification and its annexes (annex № 1 to the letter).

This procedure of request for quotation is not a contest and its carrying out is not regulated by articles 447-449 of the Russian Civil Code;
This procedure is also not a public contest and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Customer.
