Payment terms:
Prepayment for materials in January 2019
The balance for the performed works is paid by the customer after 30 (thirty) banking days after the signing of the acts on performance of works.
Delivery terms:
1. The work is carried out from contractor materials;
2. Availability of SRO for work;
3. Certification of ITR and performers on industrial safety of hazardous industrial facilities;
4. Term of performance of works on the schedule agreed with the customer.
5. Warranty Period of 24 months
6. The participant who took part in the procedure (which made the proposal) should provide the estimated calculation, drawn up on the basis of the above projects, taking into account all the works.

In the event that the tax reporting is absent or does not allow with sufficient certainty to ascertain the integrity of the contractor, the customer has the right to request other documents confirming the possibility of self-fulfillment by the contractor Services, including but not limited to: Extract from the staffing table with the application of copies of employment contracts of persons engaged for the performance of Works, information on the presence of property or on the right of lease: Office, warehouse, industrial premises, equipment/tools/mechanisms, vehicles.
In case of not providing these documents, the customer has the right to reject the offer (offer).
