3. All prices in the offer should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.

If the supplier takes part in the bidding, it means that he agrees in case of declaring the winner to conclude the contract on delivery on the standard form of JSC "Ztz" without the protocol of disagreement and to carry out delivery on the conditions specified in the announcement on purchase.
