All participants of the competition must fill in the attached "Counterparty Questionnaire". Following the results of the competition, the winner must submit certified copies of the documents in accordance with the attached "List of documents" before the conclusion of the contract.
The request for proposals is not a tender (tender, auction) in accordance with Articles 447-449 or a public tender in accordance with Articles 1057-1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and does not impose on the Organizer and/or the Customer the obligations established by these articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
