The request for proposals is not a bid (contest, auction) in accordance with articles 447-449 or a public contest in accordance with articles 1057-1061 of part two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation Federation and does not impose on the Organizer and/or the Customer the obligations established by the specified articles of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
