3. The scope of work.
3.1. Production and installation according to the project.

4. Requirements for the Contractor:
4.1. The contractor must have all the necessary production and human resources to perform this work.
4.2. To clarify the conditions for performing work, familiarization with the object, it is necessary to arrive representatives of the Contractor to the Customer.
4.3. The contractor in his commercial offer specifies the order of payment for the work and other conditions.
4.4. Certification of the head, ITR and performers on industrial safety and labor protection at the OPO according to Annex 1.
4.5. Provision of measures for OT and PB of safe methods of work at the facility.
4.6. In case of justified comments to the personnel on the quality of the work performed, violation of safety regulations, as well as administrative violations, at the request of the Customer's specialists, the Contractor is obliged to immediately replace these employees.
4.7. The work that is not performed qualitatively must be redone at the expense of the Contractor and handed over to the Customer.
4.8. Placement in sanitary and household premises of workers employed to perform this work is carried out by the Contractor. The customer, if possible, can arrange the placement of workers on a Contractual basis.
4.9. The Contractor must develop and agree with the Customer estimates, a linear schedule of work, POR, PPR and technological maps for all necessary work-within no more than 15 calendar days after the announcement of the winner of the competitive procedure.
4.10. Provide certificates of conformity for the materials used.
4.11. Certificate of admission to a certain type of work that affects the safety of capital construction projects (SRO certificate for the performance of the works specified in this Task).
5. Working conditions:
5.1. Work at an existing enterprise.
5.2. The works are performed from the material and equipment of the Contractor.
5.3. Electric welding and gas-cutting equipment and consumables for them are provided by the Contractor.
5.4. Lifting mechanisms, mechanisms for loading and unloading operations, vehicles, special equipment for performing work and delivering finished products to the place of work is provided by the Contractor.
5.5. Vehicles for the removal of garbage, scrap metal or other waste are provided by the Contractor.
5.6. The work is carried out in coordination with the management of the CPOIP, UE.
6. Place of work:
6.1. The territory of the Customer and Contractor.
7. Deadlines for the execution of works.
7.1. Dismantling, manufacturing, installation are carried out in parallel-October-November 2021
8. Payment terms:
8.1. Payment is made after the actual completion of the work within the agreed time frame.

9. Requirements for the submitted offers.
9.1. The contractor must specify in the TAP the terms of performance of the work, the cost of the work, as well as payment terms.
9.2. Mandatory condition: an estimated calculation for the performance of the volumes of work specified in the project documentation, the defective statement must be attached to the TAP.

Appendix No. 1
The list of documents provided to the OT and PB for the registration of work permits for the production of works by contractors:
1. A copy of the Certificate (SRO) for the right to perform this type of work.
2. A copy of the instruction on labor protection from the journal of instructions.POR, PPR or RTI.
3. A copy of the protocol of certification of workers on labor protection.
4. Copies of certificates of certification of ITR for labor protection and general industrial safety requirements. When performing work on gas, on pressure vessels, using GPM, lifts (towers), in electrical installations, conducting fire work - copies of certificates for each type of work.
5. Medical admission of personnel.
6. Copies of certificates of gas-electric welders, slingers, crane operators, lifts (towers). For gas - electric welders-copies of the certification protocols for the fire-technical minimum.
7. Before the start of registration of the work permit, all employees of the contractor organization, including managers, are required to pass an introductory briefing in the Ot and PB (have a document confirming their identity and age with them) When performing work, all employees must have certified clothing, shoes and other personal protective equipment necessary for performing this type of work.
Note: In case of expiration of any document, the work permit is not issued until a new document is submitted.
Comments: The participant who took part in the procedure (made an offer), before the deadline for accepting applications, is obliged to upload the following documents to the system:
1. The Charter (with all additions and changes, if any).
2. Certificate of state registration.
3. Certificate of tax registration.
4. Extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
5. The balance sheet as of the last reporting date with a mark of the tax authority on acceptance.
6. Documents confirming the representative's authority to sign documents:
- Decision (Protocol).
- Power of attorney.
