11.1. Payment is made after the actual work is performed within the agreed time frame.
11.2. Possible advance to purchase materials (as agreed)
Delivery terms:
1. Application of EPM-NEZ JSC, g. Novocherkassk.
2. Purpose of manufacture:
2.1. Provide optimal temperature indicators for long-term human location and production process;
2.2. Maintaining air humidity within the permissible limits specified by the regulatory and technical documentation;
2.3. Create optimal air circulation;
2.4. Central supply of the room with fresh air.
3. Capacity of work carried out:
3.2. Production and installation according to the project (TK Annex 2):

3.3. Cleaning the area of work.
4. Executor Requirements:
4.1. The performer must have all the necessary production and human resources to carry out the work.
4.2. To clarify the terms and conditions of performance, the object must be attended by the Contractor's representatives to the Customer.
4.3. The Contractor, in his business offer, specifies the payment procedure and other terms and conditions.
4.4. Certification of the Head, ITR and Industrial Safety and Occupational Safety Executives at the GBO according to Annex 3.
4.5. Provide OT and PB measures for safe production methods at the site.
4.6. In case of substantiated comments to staff on quality of work performed, safety disturbance, and administrative violations, as requested by the Customer's specialists must replace the workers' data immediately.
4.7. The work that has not been performed should be redone at the expense of the Contractor and surrendered to the Customer.
4.8. Employees are placed in the sanitary facilities for this work by the Contractor. The Customer, if available, may conduct a Contractual Employment of the Workers.
4.9. The Contractor shall develop and agree with the Customer estimates, line schedule, ERP, CRP and process maps for all necessary work — within a maximum of 15 calendar days after declared the winner of the competition procedure.
4.10. Provide compliance certificates for materials used.
4.11. We need to have an SRO for these types of work.
5. Conditions of work:
5.1. Work at a current company.
5.2. The work is done from the material and equipment of the Performer.
5.3. Lifting mechanisms, handling mechanisms, vehicles, special equipment for the performance of the work are provided by the Contractor.
5.4. Welding and gas-cutting equipment and consumables are provided by the Contractor.
5.5. Vehicles for garbage, scrap or other waste are provided by an executive.
6. Place of production:
6.1. Customer and Contractor territory.
7. Work Deadlines:
7.1. August-September 2021
7.2. Dismantling and installation be performed in advance approval with the CPP's management, UE.
7.3. Contractor provides the Customer with a 12 month warranty for the work done.
8. Payment Terms:
8.1 Payment shall be made after the actual performance of the work within the agreed time frame.

9. General Requirements:
9.1. Prior to the tender, the performer provides:
- Certificate of approval for a certain type of work that has an impact on the safety of capital construction facilities (SRO certificate for the performance of the work specified in this Assignment);
- estimates for the full scope of the work;
- price list with materials prices (incl. VAT).
Comments: The participant who has taken part in the procedure (making an offer) is required to upload the following documents to the system before the deadline for the application deadline:
1. Charter (with all additions and modifications if there were any).
2. Certificate of State Registration.
3. Tax Accounting Certificate.
4. Extract from EGRUL.
5. The balance sheet as of the latest reporting date with the tax authority's acceptance mark.
6. Documents confirming the representative's signature credentials:
— Decision (Protocol).
— Power of attorney.
