The scope and list of works includes, but is not limited to, the composition listed below. The works are carried out by the Contractor in full, "turnkey", by the Contractor's forces, means and mechanisms, including all necessary consumables and related expenses.
1. Manufacture, supply and installation of metal structures (MK), fire escapes, frames for equipment on the roof, structures of porches and canopies, structures for strengthening gates and doors, frames for equipment on the roof, according to the requirements of the Statement of work volumes (Appendix A),
Terms of Reference and Working Documentation (Appendix B).
2. Purchase and delivery of consumables, fasteners and other
materials necessary for work.
3. Mobilization of all necessary equipment and tools
to the work site in the amount necessary for high-quality work in accordance with the GPR.
4. Input control and quality control of materials with an entry in the journal and certificates.
5. Delivery, unloading, warehousing, moving and lifting of materials to
the place of work.
6. Installation of the MK in accordance with the instructions of the Working Documentation and
Technical specifications.
7. Transfer of a set of Executive documentation and delivery of works.
8. other work necessary for the successful completion of the work.
9. Demobilization.
According to the Customer's decision, part or the full volume of materials
listed in the Statement of Work Volumes can be supplied by the Customer as a tolling material. The obligation, in this
case, for entrance control, acceptance, unloading, moving to the place of work, completeness, protection and safety of material and
property, etc., remains with the Contractor.
Requirements for the work
1. Prepare and coordinate with the Customer and the General Designer the section
KMD for all MK. Without an agreed section of the KMD, the production
of metal structures and their installation is prohibited.
2. Before the start of installation, perform a verification geodetic survey and
acceptance of structures for compliance with the planned and high-altitude positions,
notify the Customer and Contractor about excess deviations and discrepancies with the Executive survey
.
3. Before the start of the work, coordinate the PPR and a detailed schedule
of work with the Customer.
4. The mass of the metal in the KMD section should not differ from the mass of the metal
the KM section is more than 5%.
5. It is not allowed to replace profile sections, steel grades, hardware grades, and
other materials without approval from the design organization.
6. To coordinate with the Customer a detailed schedule for the delivery of MK, to determine and
coordinate with the Customer the place of unloading and storage of materials.

26. When performing work and after completion of work, it is necessary to

27. Any changes in the composition and content of the work, the
equipment and materials used are documented in writing
and sent to the Customer for consideration.
28.Payment for the work performed is made for
the amount of work actually performed, on the basis of executive documentation, with confirmation
by technical supervision and a surveyor of the customer. The volumes and cost
of the work performed are closed "in the body", i.e. taking into account the coefficient of compaction,
decompression, spills, losses during transportation and
unloading /loading, overlaps, scraps, overlaps, coefficient for irreparable losses, coefficient of metal deposition, etc. should be
included in the cost of work.
29.The Contractor undertakes to prepare and send to the Customer a daily
report, according to the Customer's form, on the work performed.
