Bidders can submit a bid for separate items within the call for bids

Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of works, rendering of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance Certificate (Certificate of performance of services, works) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
