Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the Supplier's current account, no later than 30 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer's warehouse. Other payment options are being considered!!!
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on a one-time basis.
The cost of delivery to the buyer's warehouse in Volgograd is included in the price of the shopping center.
Delivery time is 12-14 weeks from the date of signing the Call for Bid specification

Shopping centers must be certified and have passports.
Kindly request, when submitting bids for participation in the procurement procedure, to set prices taking into account the terms, conditions of payment and delivery. In case of non-compliance with the terms of the procurement procedure, the Competitive Bidding Process organizer reserves the right not to consider the submitted bid.

1. Please ask all questions about the procedure with the help of the functionality of the E-Marketplace (requests for clarification).
2. To their proposals in electronic form, the Bidders of this procedure MUST, before bids opening, attach the applicant's Application Form and documents, according to the list, simultaneously with submitting the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and stamped by the Bidder organization of this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by the Bidder of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this Bidder.
3. The supplier of the products must be the manufacturer, or the official dealer of the manufacturer, or the distributor (the Bidder provides supporting documents at the same time as the commercial offer).
4. The cost of products must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
5. BE SURE to provide certificates and quality certificates, technical documentation.

Note: this request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
