5) All prices in the offer must include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, and any discounts offered by the supplier.
6) This procedure is not a notice of a competition (public competition) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
7) If the supplier participates in the auction, then he agrees, if declared the winner, to conclude a delivery agreement within two days according to the standard form of Urals Capital LLC without a protocol of disagreements and to carry out the delivery on the terms specified in the purchase announcement.
