Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Advance Payments:
A) Advance 1 – 0.5% of the price of equipment for the Unit № 1 after signing the contract;
b) An advance of 2 – 29.5% after the start of manufacturing equipment for unit № 1, no later than 30.11.2019;
(b) An advance of 1 – 30% after the commencement of the production of equipment for unit № 2, not later than 30.11.2020;
Interim payments:
A) An interim payment of 1 – 15% on the fact of achieving key events in the manufacture of equipment for the unit № 1, 30.06.2020;
b) An interim payment of 2 – 15% on the fact of achieving key events in the manufacture of equipment for the unit № 1, 30.12.2020;
In) an interim payment of 1 – 15% on the fact of achievement of key events in the manufacture of equipment for power unit № 2, 30.07.2021;
d) An interim payment of 2 – 15% on the fact of achieving key events in the manufacture of equipment for the unit № 2, 30.01.2022.
e) Payment in the amount of 35% of the unit price for the supply of each unit of equipment;
e) Payment in the amount of 5% of the price of the equipment after the execution of the chief-installation in relation to the equipment:
- For equipment of Unit № 1-no later than October 31, 2020;
- For equipment of power unit № 2-no later than October 31, 2022.
The currency of the contract/payments is RUSSIAN rubles.
