Payment terms:Payment conditions: (the terms of payments in TCH must comply with the following conditions):
a) advance payment:
- 8.47% of the price of equipment for power units No. 5 for 45 kln. days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- 8.47% of the equipment price for power units No. 6 for 45 kln. days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
b) interim payments:
- 38.14% upon achievement of key events in the manufacture of equipment for power unit No. 5;
- 38.14% upon the achievement of key events in the manufacture of equipment for the power unit No. 6;
c) payment after delivery of the unit of equipment to the delivery point:
- 45.00% of the price of each piece of equipment;
d) payment after 240 days from the date of delivery of the equipment:
- 8.39% of the price of each piece of equipment;
e) payment for installation supervision:
- for the power unit No. 5 100% of the price of services for installation supervision;
- for power unit No. 6 100% of the price of services for supervising installation;
f) payment for supervision:
- for the power unit No. 5 100% of the price of services for supervision;
- for the power unit No. 6 100% of the price of commissioning services, after 12 months from the date of signing the Protocol on Completion of the Contractor's Obligations:
- for the equipment of power unit No. 5: not later than March 2026;
- for the equipment of power unit No. 6 no later than November 2026;
The currency of the contract is US dollars, the currency of payments is Russian rubles.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
