| Payment terms: | - 30% (thirty percent) of the total price of this contract - within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing the contract, if there is a guarantee for the advance payment.
The security is provided by the person with whom the contract is concluded no earlier than 10 days from the date of posting on the official website of the protocol on the basis of which such a contract is concluded, while:
- the guarantee of the advance payment must be provided no later than 5 working days before the date of advance payment;
- the amount of the advance payment security is set in the amount of the advance payment paid.
- 70% (seventy percent) of the total price of this agreement - within 20 (twenty) business days after signing the Goods Acceptance and Delivery Certificate (the form is established in Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement).
