Auto-extension

Payment terms:
Payment for delivery can be made by transferring bills of exchange to the Supplier. The delay in payment is 30-60 days. Prices must be indicated taking into account transportation costs.

Comments: This request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Art. 447 - 449 h. 1 of the Civil Code, Art. 1057-1061 part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants. The supplier is obliged to complete the delivery on its own. Engagement of the third parties is acceptable only upon a prior written consent of the Customer.
By submitting an offer, the Supplier guarantees that it is a bona fide taxpayer. At the request of the Buyer, the Supplier is obliged to provide tax reports for the last reporting period, certified by the tax authority.
In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow a sufficient degree of certainty to verify the integrity of the Supplier, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the ability of the Supplier to independently provide services, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
In case of failure to provide these documents, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer.
