In this event selected suppliers who will confirm the readiness of manufacture and supply of cabinet furniture (kitchen) to the office of PJSC "VimpelCom" at the address: Omsk, street Karl Marx, 41/40..
PAO VimpelCom shall reserve the right to select, based on the responses received and other documents, the winner based on:
1) Сompliance with the Qualification Requirements
2) Results of assessment of financial stability
3) Results of assessment of economic security unit for presence/absence of interaction risks.
Participants are supposed to:
1) fill out the Questionnaire (Appendix 1) and the Statement of Conformity with Qualification Requirements (Appendix 2) and submit them in electronic (XLS) and signed form (PDF), supplemented with supporting documents, as specified in the Qualification Requirements.
2) complete the financial statement form (Attachment 5) and provide it in electronic format (XLS) only.
3) give an answer to the letter about the possibility of switching to EDO (Appendix №7)
All commercial conditions on the subject of purchase are specified in the Contract Template (Appendix №3), technical requirements - in the technical specification (Appendix №4).
