In the event that tax reporting is absent or does not allow us to be convinced of the integrity of the Supplier with a sufficient degree of confidence, the Buyer has the right to request other documents confirming the ability of the Supplier to independently provide the services, including, but not limited to: an extract from organizational chart with copies of labor contracts of the specialists designated to perform the works attached, information on any of the following owned: office, warehouse, production facilities, equipment/tools/mechanisms, transport facilities.
If these documents are not provided, the Buyer has the right to reject the offer.
