Payment terms:- Advance 1 for power unit No. 3 - 10.00% within 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- Advance 1 for power unit No. 4 - 10.00% within 45 calendar days from the date of conclusion of the contract;
- Payment for the achievement of key events - 31.50% within 120 calendar days after the achievement of key events;
- Payment for the achievement of key events - 31.50% within 120 calendar days after the achievement of key events;
- Payment for delivery - 56.50% within 90 calendar days from the date of delivery of each piece of equipment;
- Deferred payment - 2.00% after 60 calendar days from the date of signing the Protocol of preliminary acceptance of the corresponding block;
- Payment for commissioning - 100.00% within 60 calendar days from the date of signing of the act of acceptance of the services provided for commissioning.
The contract currency is US dollars, the payment currency is Russian rubles.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Documentation provision procedure:Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
