Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Option 1:
Advance payment amounting to 30% of the value of the delivered equipment lot within 30 days from the date on which the Supplier of the original invoice and ensure the return of advance payment (for choosing a supplier of bank guarantee, surety or in the form of money by listing them to the customer).
Final payment in the amount of 70% of the cost of the equipment within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the equipment at the party place of realization of the project with a positive act of control input, signed by the customer, as well as the original invoice and the invoice.
Payment shall be made in proportion to the parties of the equipment. Delivery of shipments of equipment in accordance with the schedule provided in the technical specifications.
Option 2:
Without advance payment 100% payment within 30 (thirty) banking days from the date of delivery of the equipment at the party place of realization of the project with a positive act of control input, signed by the customer, as well as the original invoice and the invoice.
Payment shall be made in proportion to the parties of the equipment. Delivery of shipments of equipment in accordance with the schedule provided in the technical specifications.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
