Payment terms:For RD - Payment in the amount of - 100% the Customer pays within 20 (twenty) banking days from the date of signing the Acceptance Certificate of the completed works and receipt by the Customer of a duly executed invoice for payment.
For the Goods - 100% of the price of the goods (the goods are delivered in a single lot) is payable within 30 working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, the originals of the consignment note and invoices issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation Federation. In case of violation of the above conditions for the provision of documents, payment for the goods shall be made within 30 days from the date of delivery to the Buyer of all the above documents.
Delivery terms:Delivery is carried out on DDP terms, by forces and at the expense of the Supplier. The products must be new, not used.The packaging of the Goods must ensure the complete safety of the Goods during transportation by all means of transport, including transshipment
Georeferencing:Tarynsky GOK of JSC "TZRK", located at the "Drazhnoye" deposit within the Taryn ore field, 60 km northeast of the village of Oymyakon and 74 km south of the administrative center of the district of the village. Ust-Nera - the territory of the Municipality "Oymyakons
Comments:
We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this request is not a Bid Notice about a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all received Offers for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Bidders.
Please note that, all other things being equal, preference may be given to the Bidder of the request for proposals, who:
1. Ready within 3 calendar days, after being informed by the organizer of the procedure about the recognition of the winner in the request for proposals, read and send to the initiator the completed Standard Contract of LLC "SGRK", without a protocol of disagreement, which is attached to the documentation of the request for proposals.
3. The consent of the Bidder of the "request for proposals" procedure to open a settlement account with the Lanta-Bank JSCB (JSC) for the purposes of making payments under the contract in respect of which the request for proposals was concluded is a significant advantage in choosing the winner of the Bidding procedure
The Agreement between the Parties shall be deemed to have been reached exclusively after the signing of the Agreement by both Parties, no other actions of the Parties shall be considered as reaching an agreement on all essential terms of the Agreement and/or shall not be considered as an offer and acceptance aimed at concluding the Agreement.
The Company has the right to choose an Offer that does not have the lowest price, accept or reject any Offer in whole or in part, reject all Offers with or without explanation, cancel the Call for Bidding at any stage, including after selecting the Winner of the Call for Bidding. In case of providing false information, a potential supplier of goods, works, and services may be suspended from participating in the Call for Bidding.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
Обращаем внимание:Технико-коммерческое предложение должно обязательно содержать следующее:
1. Коммерческую часть (стоимость работ/ товара с учетом доставки и НДС, условия оплаты и т.д.);
2. Срок выполнгения работ и поставки Товара с учетом его доставки до места поставки;
3. Срок гарантии на товар и с какого момента наступает.

Коммерческое предложение направляется в двух вариантах: подписанное уполномоченным представителем и в редактируемом формате
ВАЖНО::Заключается договор только в редакции Заказчика без протокола разногласий.
ВАЖНО::Согласие Участника процедуры "запрос предложений" открыть расчетный счет в АКБ "Ланта-Банк" (АО) для целей проведения платежей по договору, в отношении заключения которого проводился запрос предложений, является существенным преимуществом при выборе победителя торговой процедуры.
ВАЖНО::Для того, чтобы воспользоваться настоящим Приглашением необходимо сформировать пакет документов в соответствии с Приложениями.
В пакет документов должны входить расчеты с обоснованием стоимости коммерческого предложения с детальной расшифровкой статей затрат. Без приложения указанных расчетов тендерное предложение является недействительным и к участию в тендере не допускается.
