Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made by the Buyer upon receipt of a duly issued invoice in the Buyer's name from the Supplier. The Buyer shall pay 100% of the cost of services (works) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (works, services) and the Parties sign the Act acceptance or transfer (Service, Work Act) or other document confirming delivery (service, work).
Delivery terms:Fill in the TAP file when submitting an offer. The unit price is based on delivery to the company's store within a time limit of 14 cd from the date of order placement. At the end of the tender, a 12-month contract with the possibility of prolongation will be concluded with the winner.

This procedure is not a competition and is not governed by articles 447 to 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public contest and is not governed by articles 1057 to 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
