Requirements for the composition of permits and technical documentation:
The installation must have all the necessary permits and technical documentation.
Technical documentation should include a Passport, a manual for technical operation, technical specifications for the production of the product, including passports and RE for purchased products used in the installation.
Technical documents for the operation of instrumentation and automation.
The program of maintenance, performance checks and schedule of scheduled preventive maintenance.
The TAP is provided with the calculation of the cost of equipment, delivery, installation and start-up of equipment, including payment terms with the attachment of all necessary permits.
The following information should be reflected in the TAP:
- the amount of electricity consumed;
- completeness of delivery;
- overall dimensions;
- climatic conditions for the use of the installation;
- requirements for the placement of the installation (open area /enclosed space, required area and other conditions;
- hourly performance;
- annual productivity;
- number of service personnel;
- minimum diameter of tires for recycling on the line;
- the maximum diameter of tires for recycling on the line;
- the resulting fraction of rubber crumbs;
- types of products and waste generated after processing.
The terms of manufacture and delivery of equipment and commissioning should be specified in the TAP.
