Payment terms:
Payment shall be made by the Buyer provided that the Supplier has submitted a duly executed invoice to the Buyer. The Buyer makes a payment in the amount of 100% of the cost of services (work) within 20 (twenty) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Goods (performance of work, provision of services) and the signing by the Parties of the Acceptance and Transfer Act (Act of the performance of services, work) or other document confirming the delivery (performance of services, works).
Delivery terms:
Units price including delivery to the company’s store in a period of not more than 14 cd to 20 cd for warehouses in Irkutsk and Artem from the date of placing the order. At the end of the tender, a contract for 12 months will be concluded with the winner. with the possibility of prolongation.
