Payment terms:
Advance payment is not applicable. Deferral of payment for 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of reporting documents (cf, bargaining12), originals of the quality passport, copies of certificates of conformity. Other payment terms are also considered.
Delivery terms:
Delivery time: To the buyer's warehouse until October 10, 2020.
All shipping costs, packaging and other costs shall be included into the products cost.

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
3. The following points must be specified in the TCH:
- payment terms;
- delivery time;
- delivery basis: Tula region, Schekinsky district, Pervomaysky settlement, Simferoplskaya, d7;
- shipping costs should be included in the product price
To provide on request for proposals:
- Partner card;
- Commercial offer
- GSE applicant's questionnaire
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the purchasing positions;
- The logistic scheme of transportation (must include key points of the route, have information about all necessary passes with processing times, information about ferries / ice crossings, etc. for loading)
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.
ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE REFERRED TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
The validity of the participants' offer is at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449 part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer, and the Organizer reserves the right to refuse all the proposals received for any reason, or to terminate the selection procedure at any time, incurring no liability before the participants.
