Payment terms:
Advance payment is not provided. Deferral of payment of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery and submission of the originals of the reporting documents (cf, bargaining12), the originals of the quality passport, copies of the certificates of conformity. Other payment terms are also considered.

2. Before the envelopes are opened, the participants of this procedure MUST attach to their proposals in electronic form the Bidder's APPLICATION and documents according to the APPLICATION simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating the delivery time) signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization this procedure. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment by a participant of the procedure of this requirement, the organizer of the procedure reserves the right not to consider the proposal of this participant.

- GSE applicant's questionnaire
- TIN certificate;
- Bukh balance for 2017-2019;
- 2019 VAT declaration
- A letter of guarantee on the unconditional signing of the draft agreement as revised by the Sender.
- A letter stating that the commercial offer is calculated in full accordance with the purchasing positions;
- The logistic scheme of transportation (must include key points of the route, have information about all necessary passes with processing times, information about ferries / ice crossings, etc. for loading)
- Information about the technical equipment of the company.
ALL UPLOADED DOCUMENTS MUST BE REFERRED TO IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS CONTENT
The validity of the participants' offer is at least 30 days.
Note: This request for proposals is not a tender notice (public tender) or a public offer and is not governed by Art. 447 - 449, part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Art. 1057 - 1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, the specified procedure does not impose on the Organizer an appropriate volume of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received Proposals for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants.
