| Payment terms: | Payment for the Products shall be made by the Customer in rubles in non-cash order within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of receipt of the Products, on the basis of duly executed documents: consignment note (TORG-12); invoices, invoices; and subject to receipt of payment from the Main Customer within the framework of the Main Contract. |
