Statement of work volumes: Appendix A.
2. Deliver the products to the Customer's facility.

9. Requirements for
carrying
out works
1. Requirements for manufacturing, materials – according to Working drawings.
2. Before mass production of prefabricated concrete elements, it is necessary
to produce a reference sample, deliver it to the Customer's facility and draw
up a certificate of acceptance of the standard by the customer.
3. The release strength of the concrete of the finished panels should be at least 70% in
summer and at least 85% in winter. The manufacturer is obliged
to guarantee that concrete reaches its design strength.
4. Cracks are not allowed in concrete, except for shrinkage and
surface technological cracks, the width of which should not exceed
0.1mm.
5. The opening of the surface of the embedded parts must be protected from
corrosion (the recommended protection scheme is to cover with zinc
-containing paint "Cynol" in one layer). The color of the protective coating should be
close to the color of concrete.
6. The open surfaces of embedded products must be cleaned of
inrush.
7. The category of the surface of the panels should not be lower according to GOST 13015-2012
- A2 for the outer and visible inner sides and A4 for the invisible
inner sides. The panel should be made with the outer side facing down
(facing the formwork).
8. Manufacturing accuracy class according to GOST 21779-82:
- linear dimensions - 3;
- flatness - 2;
- pendicularity -3.
9. Storage and transportation of panels should be carried out in accordance with
the requirements of GOST 31310-2015, with the following additions:
- move and install the panels using
self-balancing traverses that ensure the vertical
position of the panels (the slope of the slings to the vertical is allowed no more
15 grad.)
- the support of the panels in the warehouse and during transportation should be carried out only
with an internal bearing layer on special gaskets (wooden,
rubber, etc.) so that the outer layer of the panel from the bottom
always has an air gap to the top of the support of at least 20 mm.
10. Since combustible insulation is used in the panels
, fire safety measures must be provided, no
fire is allowed during manufacturing, storage, transportation and
installation.
11. Each panel must have a quality certificate, certificates of
conformity.
12. Each panel must have an indelible tag with the name and
number of the project.

comply with GOST, technical specifications applicable in the territory of the Russian Federation, have

11. Guarantee of the
result of the work
The guarantee for the result of the work performed by the Contractor is 5 years.
12. Requirements
to labor protection
and
Safety equipment.
The contractor is obliged to strictly comply with the requirements of OT and TB, in
accordance with the requirements of Russian legislation, as well
as internal requirements of the enterprise when carrying out work. The Contractor
is obliged to immediately respond to all comments from the Customer
on violations of the Occupational Health and Safety rules, and immediately eliminate such comments.
The customer has the right to stop the contractor's work until
the violations are eliminated, in case such violations may lead to serious
injuries or death of the contractor's employees. The customer has the right to impose a fine
on the Contractor for not fulfilling the Customer's requirements to eliminate violations
rules of Occupational Health and Safety.
