Payment terms:Non-cash form of payment, 100% post-payment, in Russian rubles within 30 calendar days from the date of providing the Customer with the originals of properly executed invoices, invoices and certificates.
Delivery terms:Delivery on demand (according to the schedule agreed by the Parties), with delivery to the Customer's warehouse (Kostroma). Delivery time within 21 cal. days from the date of receipt of the Application.

Dear Suppliers,
we invite you to participate in the Request for proposals for the manufacture and supply of packaging for jewelry of the SOKOLOV retail chain.
Delivery by the Supplier to the Customer's warehouse (Kostroma).
The Application specification indicates the need for 2023.

The request for proposals will be conducted in 3 stages:
Stage 1. Open collection of proposals according to the Application-specification (Appendix No. 1) in accordance with the Terms of Reference and layouts;
Stage 2. Selection of Manufacturers/Suppliers according to samples in accordance with the Terms of Reference;
Stage 3 (for those who have passed the second stage). Selection of Manufacturers/Suppliers based on the results of the collection of KP (rebidding in closed form).

As a result of the procedure, the Main and Reserve Counterparties will be approved by the Tender Committee, followed by the conclusion of a framework contract for 1 year. The customer reserves the right to choose Suppliers positionally, according to the lowest prices and positive completion of the Stage of providing samples.

The request for proposals will be held from 02.02.2023 to 16:00 on 17.02.2023 (Moscow time) with a possible extension after the end of the main time.

A prerequisite for participation is the attachment to b2b-center.ru the final offer based on the results of the Request for Proposals (certified by the signature of the responsible employee and the seal of the organization) with an indication of the price.

The ongoing request for proposals is not a Tender (a form of bidding) provided for in Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
