Payment terms:Advance payment in the amount of 50% within three working days from the date of conclusion of the contract and upon submission of an invoice for payment. Final settlement within three working days from the date of delivery of the goods to the Buyer at the place of delivery, provided that by the date of delivery of the goods, the Supplier has provided the Buyer with an invoice for payment, an invoice, a certificate of acceptance and transfer of the OS object, a consignment note issued in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

To submit an offer, you must:
Fill in and attach the Applicant's Application Form (Appendix 1 of the Bid Documentation), the proposal submission form (Appendix 2) and attach the list documents (Appendix 3). The documents must be certified by the signature of the Supervisor with an imprint of the seal.

The cost of the offer should be calculated taking into account the cost of delivery to the Stavropol Territory, Nevinnomyssk, the industrial site of JSC Nevinnomyssk Azot.

Note: This request for proposals is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
