Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing the total lot price from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 5 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 5 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:the buyer holds a payment of 50% (fifty percent) of the total value of the goods specified in this annex, including VAT 18% within 5 days. The remaining payments within one month from the moment of signing the call tag.
Delivery terms:Kazan, poppy, Costa Coffee coffee shop total area a n. term production counter foll and mounting no more CAL 20 days after the receipt of the prepayment.
Other significant conditions of delivery: storage before the agreed delivery date, delivery to the object, unloading and transport to the place of installation, Assembly, export packaging run forces and logistics provider. The value of the goods under this contract also includes the cost of warehousing PROVIDER before the agreed delivery date, the cost of shipping and unloading, transfer (transport) directly to the place of installation after unloading, export packaging and Assembly of the delivered goods. The value is expressed in Russian roubles and include VAT (18%).
