Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Criteria for selecting suppliers
1. Conscientious implementation of tax legislation:
- No account suspensions,
- Absence in the negative lists of the tax,
- Absence of executive.sheets on taxes and fees,
- Absence of founders/directors in the lists of disqualified persons /stop list.
2. Absence of unscrupulous suppliers in the lists.
3. Availability of production facilities for the execution of the order (lease agreement for the warehouse, production.premises, number, etc.).
