Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment shall be made within 45 calendar days after the end of the month in which the delivery is made.
Delivery terms:All prices are excluding VAT.

Transportation costs for the delivery of the finished vehicle are included in the cost of the products on the basis of the delivery basis DDP - Kogalym (transportation costs are not reimbursed separately).
The products are delivered in full by the relevant accounting documents in the timeframe established by the legislation to Kogalym, Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug-Yugra, taking into account all costs and delivery risks

Required electronic documents:
1. Scanned copy of the offer with indication of prices, terms and conditions of delivery, certified by the signature and seal of the enterprise;
2. List of constituent documents (the list is attached in the attached file);
3. Permit documentation (certificate of compliance, permission to use, if the product is subject to mandatory certification).
All documentation must be certified by an authorized representative and sealed by the company's seal.
The price request is made in relation to the current demand.
Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all requirements specified in the request for an assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and specification.
Georeferencing:Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug - Yugra, Surgut district
Comments:
The procedure participant shall have the necessary certificates and authorization for the manufacture and registration of the vehicle with the geophysical station installed on the requested chassis. The geophysical station is provided by the Organizer of the procedure. The delivery of the geophysical station to the place of manufacture of the vehicle is carried out by the forces and means of the Organizer of the procedure at the expense of the transportation costs of the Procedure Organizer. In the completed PTA for the finished vehicle, in column 3, "Logging self-propelled (PKC-4G)" or "Special-purpose car" should be registered.
The winner of the tender procedure is determined, subject to the consent of the signing of the standard contract without disagreement, by the following criteria:
1. The minimum price;
2. Optimal delivery time;
3. Quality of products;
4. Supplier reliability;

1. Attention from the Organizer will be given to suppliers experienced in the delivery of this product.
2. Submission of a proposal from a participant means compliance with all requirements specified in the request for an assortment of goods, as well as unconditional acceptance of the terms of the contract and the specification.
3. The vehicle must be new, in a technically sound condition, should not have damage, traces of recovery and concealment of an accident. (letter approval)
4. The cost of production must be unchanged for the entire delivery period.
5. Simultaneously with the delivery of products, a certificate of quality (conformity) is provided.

The required specifications are given in the attached documentation

This RFP procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not subject to Articles 447-449, Part 1, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.

This price request is not an offer (public offer) of the organizer. The Organizer has the right to refuse to carry out the purchase at any time from the date of its announcement, including after the deadline for accepting applications.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
