This "Sale Announcement" is not a bid. The organizer of the "Sales Announcement" is not obliged to choose a winner according to the procedure and has the right to complete the procedure by rejecting all applications received. The participant, making a decision on participation in the "Sales Announcement", gives his consent, if he is declared the winner, to conclude a standard-type contract of sale of VKM-Service LLC without a protocol of disagreement on the conditions specified in this "Sale Announcement". Copies of the following documents must be attached to the application for participation in tenders: extract from the unified state register of legal entities (for a legal entity), extract from the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs (for an individual entrepreneur), identity documents (all pages), TIN certificate (for an individual), duly certified translation into Russian documents on state registration of a legal entity or state registration of an individual as an individual entrepreneur in accordance with legislation with responsible state (for foreign person); document confirming the person’s authority to act on behalf of the applicant. Documents attached to the application are submitted in the form of electronic documents signed by the electronic digital signature of the applicant.
